No General Exchange or Return:

Each bracelet is energetically attuned during its creation and carries the unique vibrations of its natural gemstones. Due to the handmade craftsmanship and the metaphysical nature of crystals—which can absorb and retain energy imprints—:

• We Do not accept returns/exchanges for reasons unrelated to major defects.
• Strongly against reselling your bracelet to others.

Why?
Crystals are sensitive to their environment and may hold the energy of their previous owner. Reselling risks transferring unintended vibrations, disrupting the harmony and intention originally infused into the piece.

Return Exceptions for Major Defects:
Contact us within 3 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged (e.g., broken clasp, cracked stones). Proof of defect must be provided.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancel within 24 hours of purchase. Once crafting or shipping begins, cancellations are unavailable.
